Let’s eat!

I love food. I love looking for new recipis, sourcing out quality foods, cooking food and eating it. 

Some of the things that are important to me when I am selecting the food I will eat are;

  1. I always pic organic where possible and non-GMO at the very least. 
  2. I prefer to buy my food from local farmers where possible, farmers markets or from butchers /stores that I know source locally.
  3. I avoid processed foods when ever possible

I believe it’s healthiest to cook with whole, organic, unprocessed foods from scratch. It definitely results in better tasting meals at the very least.

Eating these types of food on low carb, moderate protein high fat diet has helped me heal my IBS and take my weight from 235 lbs to 185 lbs in 10 weeks.
